What you will do:
As a Senior Project Manager (ERP), you'll be at the helm of integrated business process and IT infrastructure change projects. Drawing on your leadership skills and diplomatic finesse, you'll navigate across business and technology organizations, fostering innovation, teamwork, and excellence. You'll be building and maintaining relationships, engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, and build consensus. Alongside this, your role will involve drafting and submitting budget proposals and ensuring projects and programs are delivered on-time, on-schedule, and within budget.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience at a senior level in an integrated business process and IT infrastructure change project.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study.
- Leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills with proven experience leading up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation, decisiveness, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
- Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Superior level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
