Our client offers a challenging, transformational programme environment, working on a technology implementation programme that will touch all corners of the organisation. In the Digital Business Analyst space you will be undertaking projects, focussing on general business analysis and process development.
What you will do:
You will have a strong focus on digital and business process work, representing stakeholders, assisting in driving business and process changes and finding solutions. There is a strong internal team with good technical and application focus. You will be focussed on process development, identifying new ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis, process mapping, requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Experience in a range of applications including Promapp, Visio, Jira, Office 365, process mapping and analysis planning
- Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team
- Strong customer service focus
- Solutions-focussed mindset
