Jason created Sourced Ltd after 13 years in the Professional Services sector, originally working in a range of Architectural roles before deciding to develop his previous experience further and branch into the IT industry in 2006. He has been (and continues to be) involved in specialist Software Training, Consulting and Support, working with a range of clients from SME's through to Tertiary Institutions.

As Director and Business Owner, Jason brings a wealth of experience in business management, leadership, recruitment and managing staff, and drives the overall strategy, direction and business operation of Sourced.
Michelle joins Sourced Ltd having been actively involved in the Christchurch IT industry for over 10 years, originally working in Sales & Account Management in the vendor space, before entering the IT Recruitment sector in 2003.
Michelle has maintained a highly respected reputation in the Christchurch IT recruitment market over the past 7 years, partnering with a number of Christchurch's most high profile organisations including Christchurch City Council and Meridian Energy, providing end to end permanent and contract recruitment solutions and HR consulting services.
Michelle has a specific focus on forging long term partnering relationships, and has worked consistently with many of her clients since her entry into the IT Sector. She is actively involved in the Christchurch IT community with a keen interest in graduate recruitment and development.
Chris joined Sourced as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in early 2014.
Chris has over 20 years Christchurch based recruitment experience specialising previously in healthcare and medical staff for the Australasian, UK, and Middle Eastern markets.
Chris' job satisfaction comes from facilitating win-win situations. She achieves this with open and honest communication and a ‘no surprises' approach. She prides herself on being down to earth and being able to quickly build rapport, understanding, and a lasting relationship with all those she comes into contact with.

Victoria joined Sourced as our Talent Manager / Chief Wrangler at the end of 2016 after returning to New Zealand from a two year stint living in Vancouver, Canada.
Combining eight years experience in small business administration and office management with a deep interest in people, she aims to provide great service and keep things running smoothly.
Victoria is also an active part of the NZ music community outside the office, performing locally and nationally with a variety of bands.
Olivia joined us at the start of 2019 as a Recruitment Resourcer, straight after graduating from the University of Otago. Combined with a degree in Psychology, a wide range of customer service experience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others, Olivia is excited to help us in assisting job-seekers and clients alike.
With a focus on thinking ahead and outside the box, the Sourced team, jobseekers, and clients alike know her for her responsiveness and ability to get things done.
Olivia is also very passionate about giving back and does some casual charity work, predominantly helping with social media content and newsletters.
John has over 30 years in senior management, director and company ownership roles. He brings an assortment of experiences and learnings which he calls on to quickly absorb an understanding of his customers situation and works with them to find the best and right way forward. John is an advisor who knows the realities and practicalities of people, business change, digital transformation and revenue generating ventures.
John greatly enjoys the process of analysing a situation, creating a plan and executing, he enjoys being part of a team or leading from the front.
