Referral Terms and Conditions

1. As a contractor, if you are currently engaged through a competitor, the offer is not available to you (if you are referring your current employer). This offer is only available when you have finished your current contract and are not currently engaged with the client you are referring.
2. A referral will only be accepted under the following conditions :-
   • The hirer is a new customer to Sourced
   • The hirer signs up to our terms of business and this activity generates an order for temporary or permanent staff.
   • The engagement of Sourced and the new hirer generates a timesheet for the work of a contractor or an invoice for a permanent member of staff.

**The following terms apply:

• The person you are referring is not already registered with Sourced.
• The person is eligible to work in New Zealand and has given permission to be referred to Sourced.
• Contracting roles must be for a minimum of four weeks.
• The eligibility for a voucher expires six months from the date of referral (as time stamped from this submission form).
