Change Analysis roles within a complex and significant programme. 6 month contract to start with extensions available

This role will offer you the opportunity to work with an experienced Change Lead and with the support of a large wider group of change practitioners.

What you will do:
Working closely with the Change Lead you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with operational business groups to understand current and future states and to ensure business requirements are translated into change documentation.
  • Conducting impact assessments, ensuring impact assessment information is detailed correctly from a change perspective and creating  mitigation strategies for each impact.
  • Creating and maintaining  documentation of the change management process, including the planning, communication, training, and evaluation phases. 
  • Supporting the management of stakeholders, identifying and managing issues and risks relating to stakeholders and stakeholder change. Maintaining  stakeholder engagement tracking tools to ensure the delivery is being monitored and updated.
  • Supporting the development of impacted stakeholder communications
Skills and experience we are looking for:
We seek applications from  experienced Change Analysts or Business Analysts with experience and interest in Change projects. Specifically we are looking for:
  • At least 5 years experience working within  change management in a large, complex organisation.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management.
  • Established stakeholder management, engagement and relationship skills including the ability to work in partnership with stakeholders and influence senior executives
  • Experience in supporting change initiatives such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, engage in a professional and respectful manner, influence and persuade, problem solve, and remove obstacles, coupled with a high level of business acumen and political awareness.
  • A qualification in change management and/or risk management is advantageous. 
While a flexible work arrangement is on offer the successful candidate must be able to spend significant periods of time locally based.
